Everything is perfect, I loved it. The rooms are fairly quiet and absolutely fabulous with terrace and the staff are amiable. There are lots of supplies like: terrace and a huge window. The location is marvellous and amazing, as the hotel is based in the heart of Palermo...

The room at Rooms 19 B&B was absolutely cozy and comfortable. It had all the essentials like a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a nice shower. The city views from the balcony were just breathtaking and the terrace offered a lovely spot to relax with sea or city views. The air conditioning in the triple room was a blessing, and having a tea/coffee maker was a nice touch. Plus, the hairdryer was really handy!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the tile/marble floor in the double room. Just my subjective opinion though, some might still enjoy it!

The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the city. The location was perfect, with plenty of places to eat/drink right on the doorstep. The staff treated us very well, with the owner Marta being incredibly helpful and providing lots of local information.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be more variety in the food options.

We got incredible value for our money at this B&B. The room was cozy with a huge comfortable bed and the private rooftop terrace had the most breathtaking view. The location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and bars, and the staff treated us so warmly and were always helpful.
The breakfast menu could be improved by adding a wider variety of options.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the outstanding service and attention to detail. We were absolutely amazed when we found out we had been upgraded to a jaw-dropping room with a private terrace area. The room itself was mind-blowingly spacious and had a striking glass staircase that led to the terrace. We couldn't believe our eyes! Breakfast was a treat, as we were able to order from a menu rather than a boring buffet. The delicious food definitely exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, with plenty of places to eat and drink just steps from our doorstep. We loved experiencing the traditional vibe of Palermo, with its big wooden front doors and charming balconies. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the workout they'll get from climbing the 51 steps to the room, but trust me, it's all worth it once you see the stunning view from the rooftop terrace. The room also had a lovely communal area outside, which was an added bonus. The staff, especially Marta, were incredibly helpful and provided us with valuable local information. They even went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special by surprising me with flowers, bubbles, and a divine Sicilian cake. We enjoyed the bubbles on the rooftop terrace, which was just breathtaking. The room itself was actually multiple rooms, including a separate kitchenette and bathroom. And let's not forget about the amazing value for money - we couldn't believe we found such an incredible place to stay. We fell in love with Palermo and can't wait to come back again, and when we do, we will definitely stay at this fantastic accommodation once more. our stay was super satisfying and exceeded all our expectations.

I recently stayed at a fantastic B&B in a great location. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was a blessing in the southern Italian heat, and the bed and pillows provided a great night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport bus station and within walking distance of the main street. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book a room here again if I visit the area in the future.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The location was prime, surrounded by great restaurants and bars, and we felt safe throughout our stay. the room itself was warm and inviting, with a large and comfortable bed. the highlight was definitely the terrace, which offered stunning views and was the perfect place to relax. We could only imagine how beautiful it would be during warmer months.
The lack of a coat rack in the room. We had to place our jackets inside the wardrobe, which was a bit inconvenient.
